Bangladeshis and Pakistanis Admit It, You Love Indians
February 22, 2008 – 3:21 pmI go around the web on forums and blogs and I’m appalled to see how many Bangladeshis and Pakistanis hate and talk shit about Indians. In America I have met a lot of Indians, and they are more friendly than Bangladeshis and Pakistanis as a whole. I have met Indians from all around India and not just from a certain region. I have met Indians from from Goa, Hyderabad, Punjab, Gujarat, Calcutta, New Delhi, Kerala, Bombay, Allahabad, and none of them ever showed aggression or any type of attitude towards me. Indian Muslims, Hindus, Jains, and Christians are all open minded and very friendly in my opinion.
Causes of Bangladesh’s Hatred
The creation of the Farakka Dam which has reduce the flow of water to Bangladesh. Also, constant border clashes between Indian BSF and Bangladesh Rifles. Plus the continuous ban on Bangladeshi products and satellite channels in West Bengal by the Indian federation government.
Causes of Pakistan’s Hatred
Fight over the Kashmir region since 1947. And also, India’s involvement over the Pakistan civil war in which Pakistan lost her eastern wing and gave rise to Bangladesh.
Why We Love Indians
If you looked at the causes of hatred above, you’ll see that the hatred all comes from government level. I can’t say about the people in Pakistan, but in America Pakistanis and Bangladeshis listen to Indian songs more than the Indians. In Dhaka you can hear Hindi songs played in every corner. The urban Bangladeshis, especially the youth, learned and can speak fluent Hindi thanks to the Indian satellite channels. In Bangladesh, Hindi is becoming the second language after Bangla, in some parts, and third after English, in other parts.
We Just Love Bollywood
Bollywood is what defines Indian entertainment. The movies, which are far from reality, in which every guy is a toned-bodied hero accompanied by a sexy heroine, is appealing to us non-Hindustani Desis. I know me, my cousins, and my Pakistani friends have watched more Bollywood flicks than American ones, and we live in America. I hardly need subtitles anymore when watching Bollywood films since I have learned a lot of Hindi over the years from these flicks.
We may hate the policies of the Indian government, but the entertainment the Indian gives us and how we love them shows that we love Indians. The following is one of my favorite songs sung by Adnan Sami.

In my opinion it’s not a matter of love or hatred. Entertainment is enjoyment and there is no restriction on enjoyment. Generally we don’t hate Indians but I would call jealousy because to be honest when we see them united it really hurts that criminals are living with unity and we are divided and its natural too what if somebody cuts your arm so you would hate him.
Hindi is not a separate language basically it is Urdu with some Sanskirit words to differentiate it with Urdu so as Urdu is our language and Hindi is no different than Urdu you can call it either of the two.
